I am having PCOD. It has been 3 years since our marriage and two years since I started undergoing infertility treatment. I have been advised to take folisurge 150 in ejection on 6-9th days of my menstrual cycle and hcg 150 injection on the 14th day for the eggs to rupture. I had undergone iui treatment on the 16th and 17th day of my cycle. I have undergone 3similar cycles. Under this medication in each cycle I get almost 10-12 eggs per month and it so happened that one or two biggest follicles dnt ruptured becomes ovarian cyst. So alternate months I undergo treatment for fertility and alternate months I take contraceptive pills to treat ovarian cyst. My queries: 1. Does contraceptive pills reduce my chances of getting pregnant in the very next cycle. 2. If I take hcg injection, when should I expect the egg to rupture 3. After an iui procedure should we contact until we get positive or negative result?
